President – Milicent Reed, MBA, CSSGB
Milicent Reed is a dynamic professional with ability to rise as an organizational superstar in any environment. Specialize in building strong internal relationships with C-Level Executives and Management team, servicing all Talent Acquisition/HR needs. Past experience in Staffing, Advertising and Healthcare industries.
Vice President of Communications – Kenya Boatright, MBA, BA
Kenya Boatright considers herself to be Chief NAAAHR Superhero dedicated to connecting other HR Champions with their own Superhero Powers as you cannot spell Superhero without HR. A Servant Leader dedicated to the development of solid pathways for success for employees and clients through motivational management and strategic vision, Kenya is seasoned in the area of Human Resources, Benefits Administration, and Client Services to foster the full life cycle of an employee to reach their full potential. Kenya is currently serving in an HRO environment with Corban OneSource, supporting mid-size level clients with a variety of needs across HR Support, Benefits Administration and Payroll Support. Her role as Steward of the HEROES Experience is dedicated to providing client support at the employee level. Her team, The HEROES Team is dedicated to being Champions of the Client Experience for each associate, every time. She has over ten years experience in the area of client services to include operational support and training and development.
Kenya earned her Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and her Bachelor of Arts, Political Science from Armstrong Atlantic State University.
Vice President of Sponsorship and Partnerships – Derek Porter, MBA
Derek Porter is an United States Air Force Veteran HR professional that’s persistent, and determine to succeed. He is intense and diligent at recruiting/acquiring top level talent, researching employment laws to protect employers, updating policy and procedures for compliance, and using deductive reasoning to investigate, document, and report employee related issues. Derek is driven, consistent, supportive, and productive. He has helped HR Departments develop by reducing costs from bad policies or practices; while adding to a company’s sustainability, integrity, core values, and short to long reaching goals.
Derek has worked with selected contract professional for high risk private or government funded projects, and programs. Supported company initiatives that seek to grow books of business with high demands, complex deliverables, key benchmarks, and short deadlines. He has successfully managed rapidly changing workplaces, human capital needs, variable technologies, and compliances within the For Profit or Not-for-profit space. Under strong positive leadership he excels, meet goals, lead teams and people to success.
Darlene Hill is an HR professional with over 15 years of progressive HR experience. She has worked in a variety of industries and with organizations of multiple sizes. Her experience started with payroll and benefits where her duties were more generalist in nature to now where she provides coaching, leadership and development opportunities to her management teams.
She is a native of St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands but has lived in the Tampa area for a few years and is currently the HR Business Partner in the Social/Human Services industry.
